Feedback from our clients is important in order for us to improve our programs and services. We ask clients to reflect on their experience with our services. The Client Survey Support Volunteers helps us to collect feedback, ideas and suggestions from our clients by distributing a Client Experience Survey. The volunteers support our clients to complete the survey and assist those who many have barriers to completing a survey on their own. We make changes to the organization based on the results of this survey.
- Engage clients in our clinical waiting rooms
- Encourage clients to fill out the survey
- Help clients with any problems or questions they might have. Some clients might have special literacy needs and will need extra support.
- Guide the clients through the questions and/or read the questions out loud and record their responses, as needed.
Time Committee: One shift per month (mornings 9-12 or afternoons 1-4)
