Feedback from our clients is important in order for us to improve our programs and services. The Client Survey Volunteers to help to collect ideas, suggestions and experiences from our clients by distributing a Client Experience Survey and support them in completing the survey.
- Engage clients in our clinical waiting rooms
- Encourage clients to fill out the survey
- Help clients with any problems or questions they might have. Some clients might have special literacy needs and will need extra support.
- Guide the clients through the questions and/or read the questions out loud and record their responses, as needed.
Time Committee: One shift per month (mornings 9-12 or afternoons 1-4)
