Dr. Andrea Sereda Joining Health Centre Staff August 2012

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Andrea Sereda will be joining our staff on a part-time basis beginning August 13, 2012.  Dr. Sereda was most recently a family physician with the Centre of Hope Family Health Team and also works part-time with the emergency department at St. Thomas General Hospital.

Former clients of Dr. Sereda, and others in the community requiring a family physician are welcome to call 519-660-0874 starting Tuesday July 3, 2012, and ask to speak to a Systems Navigator for new client intake. The Health Centre cannot guarantee the acceptance of every previous patient of Dr. Sereda, and new patients will be accepted based on an assessment of their health care needs and meeting the Health Centre’s intake criteria.
