(Temporary Part Time, 4 Week Contract)

The London InterCommunity Health Centre seeks a detail oriented individual to help us build a data base to support our Capital Campaign.  The Health Centre is dedicated to providing health care to those who experience barriers to care – and to support that commitment to our clients, our mailing lists, contact information and lists of potential funding partners needs to updated.   Reporting to the Director of Development, the successful candidate will help organize and develop contact information for our database.  This is a part time contract (22.5 hours per week) position.

Duties:

  • Research and enter into an excel spreadsheet, contact information of our 600+ newsletter subscribers;
  • Through the internet, research and record public information on our current subscribers;
  • Check lists for duplication;
  • Compile a list of local corporations and their contact information.

Qualifications

  • Ability to navigate the internet creatively to search for public information;
  • Strong computer skills, including the use of MS Office Products (Excel, Word);
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Detail orientated and ability to enter information accurately.
