We are committed to creating and maintaining an environment that is accessible and safe for all trans and LGBTQ2+ people. We are dedicated to training staff in the areas of gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation so that everyone who walks through our doors feels heard and respected, and can access the services they need to be well.
Our Trans Health Team is committed to supporting positive change in the lives of transgender individuals (of all ages) at any stage of their journey. Our primary care team offers hormone therapy, monitor hormonal transitions and manage health concerns in the context of hormone therapy. Our social workers offer counseling related to gender exploration, gender dysphoria and/or other mental health concerns.
We also help with practical supports such as navigating name and gender marker change on ID, advocacy at individual appointments, referrals to community agencies, and connecting to local peer support groups.
