London InterCommunity Health Centre

Volunteers

Volunteer TreeVolunteers are vital to the success of the Health Centre! We can’t provide the services and programs that we do without the help of volunteers from the community. Today we have 145 active volunteers.

We are committed to ensuring that our volunteers have a good experience. We value our volunteers and hope that each volunteers learns and benefits from their experience as much as we do. For that reason, we try very hard to match each volunteer with the right volunteer role. Sometimes we have openings for volunteers right away, other times it takes a bit longer to find just the right role.

Volunteer Appreciation

Happy Volunteer Appreciation Week, April 16-20th, 2018! Every year we celebrate the valuable contributions of all our volunteers. This year, we are grateful to our 145 volunteers who support 16 Health Centre programs by contributing 14,401 hours of service. This is equivalent to 7.4 FTE! Volunteers are the heart of our community.
