Statement of Commitment
London InterCommunity Health Centre is committed to ensuring all members of our community have equal access to the services we provide. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner. We will do this by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and by meeting accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
Listed below are all our current Accessibility Policies and Procedures. Should you require copies of either of these documents, or if you have any questions, please contact us at e-mail.
London InterCommunity Health Centre has taken the following steps to respond to the needs of an accessible community:
- Accessible Customer Service training for all Health Centre employees, students, volunteers and contractors.
- A feedback process that allows persons with disabilities to provide input on how we have or have not met the needs of persons with disabilities. This feedback process can be requested in accessible format(s); and
- A multi-year accessibility plan that describes how the Health Centre meets accessibility standards which can be viewed here: Multi-Year Accessibility Plan 2014_2023
