Multi-Sectoral Accountability Agreement

The London InterCommunity Health Centre receives most of its funding from the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. The London InterCommunity Health Centre receives most of its funding from the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. Locally, the majority of this funding is provided through the Ontario Health Teams (OHT) and Ontario Health (OH). Each OHT distributes funding received from the Ministry of Health based on the needs of partner agencies, patients and the communities served

The Health Centre also receives funding for the Women of the World Program through the United Way of London and Middlesex. Our Youth Outreach Worker Program is funded by the Ministry of Children, Communities, & Social Services.

Quality Improvement

London InterCommunity Health Centre (the Health Centre) is committed to quality improvement, program evaluation and hearing from client experience to improve care and services. The  Health Centre submits an annual Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) to Health Quality Ontario that is aligned with the M-SAA and supports local health system priorities.  Health Quality Ontario is the provincial advisor on the quality of health care.
