Welcome to the Winter Health in Housing series for the Argyle Community. Fun fact the name Argyle came from a developer selling plots in a subdivision called “Argyle Park” near Pottersburg around 1914. The name Argyle reflects the Scottish ancestry of many Londoners.

The increased sunlight in spring and the decrease in melatonin gives us a natural energy boost, therefore it is possible that this boost in energy makes us want to clean.
