There are confidential, non-judgmental services in the community ready to listen, guide and support you through the next steps toward recovery and well-being.

In London and across Southwestern Ontario, there are several immediate and ongoing mental health and addictions support. From crisis intervention and 24/7 hotlines to peer-led recovery programs and information networks, these resources ensure that no one faces their challenges alone. Whether you prefer to talk in person, by phone, or online, you can find the support that fits your comfort and needs.

Reach Out is a 24/7 confidential support and crisis service for people experiencing mental health or addiction concerns in Elgin, Oxford, Middlesex and London. Trained professionals are available by phone or online to provide emotional support, help you explore your options and connect you to local services. The Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre offer 24/7 support for individuals facing a mental health or addiction crisis, providing assessment, intervention, stabilization and connections to community resources. Visit the centre at 648 Huron St., London, ON 24/7 for immediate support. For more information, call 519-434-9191. Please note that the crisis center is not a medical service and does not provide medication management.

ConnexOntario offers free, 24/7 confidential support by phone, chat, text or email. The service provides information, guidance and referrals for mental health, gambling and addiction services across Ontario. Whether you are in crisis, searching for treatment options, or looking for help for a loved one, ConnexOntario can connect you with the right resources for your situation.

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy services offer a range of mental health supports for individuals experience depression or anxiety. Services include self-led online resources and individual or group therapy sessions, providing flexibility for different comfort levels.
